The quotes we give represent the full final price of the work and we never add surprise extra charges at the end! We are able to keep our costs down because most of our work is generated from personal recommendations which means we rarely have to advertise. We also have peace of mind policies that give our clients complete confidence in our work. We do not ask for deposits to create the initial mock-up designs and you are under no obligation. If you are not happy with our initial designs we will go back to the drawing board and create new designs for you. This is done at no extra cost!

One area of web design that can put people off is having to pay large amounts of money to the designers to make simple changes to their website. We don't think you should have to do this so we offer free minor updates on every website we host. This way you can keep your website up to date all year round without worrying about large maintenance fees.

If you need a larger update (for example, adding a brand new page to your site) we will provide a competitive quote before starting so you can decide if you wish to go ahead with the work. All quotes are on a fixed fee basis with no surprise charges added at the end!

1) After an initial consultation (either in person, by telephone or by e-mail) we will offer a free appraisal of what you need to create an effective online presence. This brief will explain our recommendations for your website project. We will include a fixed quote that shows you the final cost of all work with no surprise hidden extras! A great place to start is our online quote form.

2) The next stage is to create several mock-up design ideas for your site. This is done completely free of charge with no deposit needed. This will give you an idea of how the final website will look. We will then review these designs with you and make any changes needed. We want you to have exactly the right website and will make unlimited changes to the design until you are 100% happy with it.

3) When the final mock-up designs are agreed on we will build the first actual web page for you based on this design. If you are happy with the first finished web page and would like us to build the entire website we ask for 50% of the agreed commission at this stage. Alternatively, if you do not wish to proceed you are free to walk away without paying a penny!

4) When all web pages are complete we will review the pages with you and make any changes necessary. When you are happy with everything we will send the invoice for the remaining 50%.

5) The last stage is to upload the final website to your domain name. We can take care of registering a domain name and organising hosting for your website. We will also give advice on the best ways to market and promote your new website. We also offer free search engine submission and unlimited free support by telephone or e-mail!
