That's right - no money upfront! As you know most designers won't even switch on their PC before receiving the full quote amount upfront. At Weymouth Web Design we don't think you should have to commit yourself to anything until you have seen what you will be getting.
Because of this we do not ask for any money upfront! After discussing your website or design needs with you we will create multiple mock up designs based on our discussions with you. These designs can be modified with you until you are completely happy with the work. If you are not happy with the results from these designs you are free to walk away at any stage!
If you are pleased with the designs we have created and would like us to start work on the entire project we will require 50% of the agreed commission quote to complete all of the design work and pages. This amount is refundable in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the final outcome of the website.
As we've mentioned above we offer free mock up designs for your proposed website. This is not limited to just one design! If you do not like a design we put forward please let us know and we will listen to your feedback and create another design for you. We can do this as many times as you need because we want to create your ideal website!
There are no extra charges for this so please feel free to give us your feedback on the designs we create!
One area of web design that can put people off is having to update the website. You have probably seen that most designers charge by the hour to update their sites which can be very off putting if you want to change something simple like a piece of text.
Because of this we offer free minor updates with every website we host! We define a minor update as editing an existing part or item on your website - this could be text, images, articles etc... Just e-mail us the details of your update and we will complete the work for free as soon as possible!
If you have a larger update in mind (such as adding a brand new page or re-designing the website) we will give you a very competitive fixed quote before hand so you know exactly what the position is. Wherever possible we try to include even larger updates for free to offer you the best possible service we can!
This offer is exclusive for websites we host! If you wish to host your site yourself this will be no problem. We can arrange support and updates when needed for a small fee.
When your website is complete and online we offer ongoing free support for the duration that we host the website. This support can be via e-mail or by telephone. If you would like free telephone support please call us on 01305 784368 and we will call you back immediately so we pay for the call!
Our office hours are 9am - 5.30pm but we can reply to e-mails 24 hours a day!
