This villa has been totally refurbished throughout, at the beginning of 2009. It is tastefully furnished and decorated and is very well equipped.

• Two bedrooms upstairs (each with a double bed).

• (Sofa bed downstairs if required)

• Bathroom with bath/shower and wash hand basin (new bathroom suite and newly tiled)

• Separate WC  and wash hand basin (new toilet and newly tiled)

• Kitchen – Complete new kitchen consists of full size gas cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, washing machine

• Kitchen table and chairs

• Living Room – Two sofas, coffee table, TV (English satellite TV)

• Terrace/Garden – totally private terrace with locking gate. Awning, outdoor table and chairs with covers

• Heating for out-of-season

• Portable air conditioning unit and fans

Parking

A car parking space is provided near the villa.

Linen

Bed Linen and bath towels are provided and are included in the price

Long Lets

From October 2009 this villa will be available for a long let.
