This website is an unofficial site for the band Gomez. The website has had over 145,000 visitors so far from around the world! The website uses original artwork and incorporates band artwork and themes in to the layout. The website has also been featured on ITV music program “Planet Rock Profiles” when the show interviewed Gomez.
The site has updateable news pages, a full discography (including album and single art work) and a discussion board about the band. The site also has a multimedia page (with sounds, images and custom made desktop backgrounds) as well as an online e-mail account users can sign up for and then log in to from the websites main page.
The website also features links to band related shops, a guest book and the ability to vote for favourite tracks on the home page (with over 24,000 individual votes so far). The site has been advertised on all major search engines and has been featured as a link in many publications and music websites. The site features links to online music and merchandise shops as well as a built in search engine links to search for CD’s and music online!
