all of our work from our offices based in Dorset and, unlike

with free ongoing support whenever you need it! We offer free help and
support by e-mail and telephone and can even use remote access
support (see below) to update your PC for you over the
internet!

Microsoft Windows Live Messenger
will allow us to
access your computer online and either guide
you through the support
or make the changes to your computer for you!
This service is ideal for
things like setting up POP3 e-mail addresses. Our remote access support
service is
free of charge for all

Messenger, create an account and then
e-mail
us with your account name. We will then add you to our
Windows Live Messenger and arrange to make any requested changes.
